Early Language Learning — Jaiden “absolutely loved MUZZY from the first moment.”

Jaiden’s practise, Melissa, says that she knows that Jaiden will grow up to be a fluent Spanish speaker- something she wishes she had been able to do.

Even having heard about MUZZY’s success with other children, Melissa couldn’t help but be a little doubtful. “I’d heard about other parents having success with early language instruction through MUZZY, but I didn’t really believe it. So one day I decided to see for myself, when Jaiden was 2 ½. I didn’t explain anything, I just put it on,” says her mother, Melissa.

Melissa was pleased to tell us that to her delight her daughter took to MUZZY immediately. “She absolutely loved MUZZY from the first moment. She loves the characters, the stories, the songs. She asks to watch it all the time and repeats everything the characters are saying. She loves imitating the dialogue and watches MUZZY as often as possible. The truth is, any free time we have, we’re watching and singing along with MUZZY.”

“It’s interesting that she is able to enjoy lots of other things also, while taking in MUZZY. She’ll listen and watch what they are saying, while doing puzzles or coloring. I don’t think she’s aware that she’s even learning another language, it’s just such a natural part of what she does. During some activity, like jumping, she’ll start naming the activity and counting her jumps in Spanish. I am convinced that my daughter will be a fluent Spanish speaker. That’s something I wish I’d been able to do.”
