What is the Early Advantage return policy?
We are confident that you will be pleased with your programme purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply affix postage and return your programme for a credit of the programme price. Note that we ask that you please carefully review your MUZZY programme packages promptly. Returns and exchanges are accepted within a 30-60 day period only.

Are MUZZY replacement components available?

Why cartoon animation?
MUZZY uses animation because it is a creative way to teach through fun characters that are not limited to any one time period, country and style. MUZZY’s animation is appealing across all ages and cultural and socio-economic lines.
The MUZZY methodology is multilayered and far more sophisticated in pedagogical design than it may first appear from the surface. MUZZY’s long list of awards by linguistic and teaching experts, the outstanding learning outcomes and the love of language learning it engenders testify to its efficacy.

Does Early Advantage offer quantity discounts?
Early Advantage offers price discounts upon request to schools based solely on Quantity Purchasing for multiple teachers or classrooms. We offer Quantity Discounts when materials are sent to a single address and billing party as that creates cost efficiencies in packaging, posting and billing that we can pass on to our customers.

Does Early Advantage offer custom programmes?
Whether for district implementation, private institutions or business partners, Early Advantage offers a range of custom options. These may include customized printing, logo identification, or product development for Teaching Materials, Student materials, e-learning content or new Language Editions. Are MUZZY CD-ROMs compatible with both Mac and PC?
All MUZZY software (CD-ROMs) are dual platform, compatible with both Macs and PCs. Network requirements and installation instructions are provided upon request for the highly effective the MUZZY Interactive CD-Roms that complement the classroom MUZZY DVD multimedia core content. We look forward to working with you to enable your school or county’s use of MUZZY in your media centers or language labs.

What exactly is included in a MUZZY course?
Your MUZZY BBC Language Course is comprised of two elements – the award-winning, core multimedia course and the printed teaching materials that go with them.
MUZZY Languages: MUZZY is currently available in six languages: English (ESL), Spanish, French, German, Italian and Mandarin Chinese.
- MUZZY Levels: MUZZY comes in two progressive levels. Level I and II take students from beginner to early intermediate levels.
- MUZZY Multimedia Course Components: Inside each level’s multimedia storage case, there are molded compartments for the following components.
- Story DVDs that present the core content in the target language
- Vocabulary DVDs which present additional thematic groupings of vocabulary words
- Audio CD of the entire Story Scene dialogue and songs
- English Story DVD: that presents the entire Story Scene content in English for the comfort of classroom teachers and substitutes.
- Exploratory CD-ROM “Muzzy at the Seaside” in Level I and “Muzzy at the Disco” in Level II. Each include 7 games and activities including recording studio in 5 languages.
- Multilingual Colourful Script Book for reading and following along. This colourful accompaniment to MUZZY includes scene images, all dialogue, vocabulary and song lyrics in 5 languages
MUZZY is also available in original VHS video.
